Training options:  We will offer a variety of training options at three S3 locations this Fall. Hopefully, one will fit your schedule.  Training sessions will begin on September 10th and last until October 25th.

• Fall Ball is open to S3 players and outside players.
• We will have sessions at Lakepoint Sports on Sunday's from 1:00-3:00 and Wednesday nights from 6:00-8:00pm.
• We will have sessions at Badger Creek Park (just a few miles north of Woodstock in Canton) on Sunday afternoons from 1:00-3:00pm and Wednesday nights from 6:00-8:00pm.
• We will be offering Fall Ball at our Holy Spirit Prep location as well, however, we will have a slightly modified schedule at this location. We will only be offering training sessions on Sunday afternoons, from 1-3pm.

Players can modify and create their own training schedule. They will be able to select sessions individually and build out a custom schedule. Registration should be open soon!! Please check back.

Fall Ball provides a way for both experienced players and new to sand athletes to continue training during the off season. Fall Ball also provides instruction for proper sand techniques to indoor athletes who are interested in pursuing sand volleyball for the upcoming club season.

-Full program (Sundays & Wednesdays)

-One day per week (Sunday OR Wednesday)
7 total sessions: $210
-Single day 'drop in rate': $35 per session.
